In the public, there is an atmosphere as if the secret/privacy structure was formed later in the Gulen Community (Community). However, since the first days of its activities, the community has been a secret/privacy and an ambivalent structure in all its activities under the title of “CAUTION”. The Community has continued on its way with the goal of being 100% in the Turkish Armed Forces and Police Department since the 1980s, in other security forces since the mid-90s, and in all critical institutions of the state since the early 2000s.
While the Community was expanding the Islamic cause as a community of education volunteers in order to win the approval of God, the foundation stones of the private structure were laid in the background and the construction of the process continued with increasing momentum until it became a “STATE”. As time passed it has become a community that aims to grow for its own interests, with the answer “obey and get rid of” to those who ask or want to ask questions on the way. Are there any naive people in the community? Of course, but if they still don’t ask questions today this will damage their naivety/purity.
It is student-education work, which is the biggest response of the community in the society. Because this method is the best way of raising children in “community houses” with the promise that they will serve the country and the nation, with the consent of their families. Why? We all want to believe in something, the Community has analyzed these things to believe very well and serve up them on a plate to those in need.
Every student who stepped into the community house was first screened as skilled and unskilled. The qualified ones were prepared for military schools in “special groups”, while the others continued to be meticulously trained as the future secret/privacy brothers who would form the hawk wing of the community. In private groups, the first thing that children are taught is “keeping a secret”, that is secret/privacy, and then sacrificing oneself for their cause and when necessary.
What the community taught these students and their brothers from day one, who would eventually become “secret/privacy” was “DO NOT BE CAUGHT! YOU HAVE BEEN CAUGHT, DENIED!” is its mission. Let me give a couple of examples of the absurd obedience tests given to children during the preparation and selection processes. The students tried to persuade the landlord to let him into the house by pressing a bell they had never met, to eat insects, to wrap grass in the lahmacun and so on. What will measure obedience? But the boy believed in his brother so much that he did everything he was told.
These children grew up and began to take critical positions in the in the military-police organization and critical state institutions. In the event of an operation that would touch the community, this person and a few people around him sacrificed themselves and the confidentiality of other members of the community was preserved. So what happened to the brother of these sacrificed students, did he sacrifice himself too? Of course no. Tehy were rewarded for raising such students and found themself a place in high places in private structures. These students were not even aware of the material and moral gains of their brothers.
Even if they heard about it, they remained silent, preferring to say “there is a wisdom”. Because it was the will of God. Unfortunately, they wholeheartedly believed and continued to believe in a word expressing polytheism, such as the consent of his brother is the consent of God.
Has the situation changed after 15 July? No. These brothers had already (even months ago) taken their family and children, sold their properties in Turkey and fled abroad, waving their arms. In addition, they shamelessly told the students under their responsibility or the responsible brothers, “you stay, of course spring will come” without blushing. So to speak, those who remained in Turkey were left to die in the Meric River and Aegean.
They left those who could somehow escape abroad to loneliness wherever they went. Who cares about those who stay in Turkey, families, children? These responsible brothers, who enjoyed themselves with the ease of having served great after tweeting a few tweets on social media, did not know what they left behind, and they never will know.
For example, the “BYLOCK TRAP”, a messaging program, is the biggest pile the community has thrown into its civil structures. The community’s civil structures were thrown into this pool so that the secret/privacy structures could be hidden. A POOL OF FIRE… The secret/privacy structures were already dealing with other programs, the end of the matter was that most of the secret/privacy did not even touch. On the other hand the base of the community, like uncle Ahmet or aunt Ayşe, they were in the middle of a mess they never knew. But anyway, everything was for the sake of God and the difficulties we faced had to be seen as the destiny of the road.
Recently, a war has been waged on social media against people who make use of Effective Remorse and tell what they know about the community through fake accounts used by privacy members of the community. How easy it is for these people to make judgments without hesitation at the comfortable spaces in which they sit.
On the other hand, the lack of sensitivity in the implementation of some institutions in the The Judıcıal System of Turkey (postponement of sentence, amnesty) facilitates the work of the privacy/secret structure, which still misleads the base of the community. For this reason, public institutions need to ensure that those who regretfully break their ties with this secret/privacy structure and make sincere statements on behalf of deciphering the dirty structures are distinguished and set an example for other people.
